We handle all of the details, including drop off, set up and pick up.

Our floral cart includes a variety of in-season flowers ensuring that your bloom bar is always stocked with the freshest blooms.

What began as a creative outlet alongside a full-time corporate career quickly grew into a passion for designing meaningful, hands-on floral experiences.

To inquire about availability, please submit our booking form with:

  • Event date & location

  • Estimated guest count

  • Preferred color palette

  • Any desired add-ons or custom branding

Once confirmed, a contract and invoice will be issued to secure your date.

Important Booking Information

Please review prior to submitting an inquiry:

  • A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.

  • Bloom Bars are designed as a self-guided (DIY) experience; however, an on-site attendant may be added upon request.

  • All florals are designer’s choice. While we strive to accommodate preferences, specific flower varieties are not guaranteed, and final stem counts and selections may vary slightly based on seasonal availability.

  • Your selected color palette will be honored to the extent that it is seasonally available and appropriate to current market conditions.

  • Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included for events within a 25-mile radius of Biz in Bloom. Events located outside this service area may incur additional travel and logistics fees, which will be quoted based on the event location. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to booking and reflected in your final invoice.
